Love the store and sales. Forgot my wallet at home when I went, so I'll have to go back real soon.
I don’t shop here often but when I do, there are good prices and I usually leave with something. I’m from the bronx so I can appreciate that the staff here are friendly and brief-they let you look around without pressuring you to buy something.
It is not a pleasurable experience to shop there. The majority of the employees are rude and their attention is divided in at least two to three different directions every time I come in there. If they don’t have the size you want in something you can hang up them telling you where you can find it, ordering online or anything else. They just don’t have it and that’s the end of it period. Because I have such a horrible experience every time I wander through there, I simply look at what they have and then purchase it elsewhere.
Customer service is very poor no one asked if I need help when I called the music was so loud I couldn’t hear anything ! Very unprofessional
JUST THE RIGHT PLACE TO GO WHEN YOU NEED TO BE ON POINT..OKAY...AND THE EMPLOYEE THERE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND ..KEEP YOU SMILING....BUT I THINK THEY JUST MAKE SURE THEY MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME...AND IT REALLY WORKS....THEY WAS JUST ORTHANIC THERE..ud83eudd17ud83dude07☺
