I have been a loyalty customer of Saks for years. I Made a purchase online and package was not received. Customer service informed me packaged showed delivered . I informed customer care my package was never delivered. I asked care was their proof of delivery such as picture of package on door or name of person who received package. No process was in place other than alert package was delivered. I was never taken care of for my lose. There was no accountability and pretty much was informed that’s my lose. This is disappointing for a company who deals with Proffessional cliental. I hope my lose promote a better process for taken care of your loyal customers .
Seems like the staff was too busy with themselves than customers............next time I'll drive 40 miles away than GOING to this store!!! At least the staff was interested in the customer!! I love my new het though!!!

Store is setup like a thrift store very confusing to shop in and looks very different from the park lane location...district manager might want to visit and fix the store to make it more appealing and attract the customers eye !
Very nice selection. Brand items, trendy, great colors.nPrices according to the merchandise offered.nPolite employees, not a lot of help available.
