Went into this store not sure if I was even gonna buy anything and ended up leaving with 4 pairs of shoes thanks to Brandi and her co workers! They all tried their best to find the perfect pair of shoes for me and really met my standards for shoes!! They all made sure to make the store presentable! Very clean and organized!nBrandi was very social and did a great job making us feel welcomed, noticed, and really made sure to we left the place content! My husband and I left the store and had to go back to ask her for her name because she had one of the best customer service we've had in a while!
Great prices. Great selections. Always BOGO 50% off. The lines were long and took a while to check out.
Brandi was VERY helpful and had outstanding customer service!! She went above and beyond trying to get us the shoes we wanted! And not only was she helpful to the customers, we noticed she was helpful to her teammates as well!! They all worked so well tag teaming on the duties! All employees made sure the store was clean and organized!! We traveled an hour and a half to this place and it was definitely worth the drive! Will come here more often just for that kind of customer service!!
The manager was on top of it, one of her staff members was lazy which is why I took a star off and the other staff member took great care of us, but other than that the Manager was making sure the customers were assisted.
Very clean. Associates very helpful. Only one problem toddler shoes were Valero. Velcro is not a mothers ideal thing on a shoe when we want to keep them on. please get toddler shoes(hightop) with laced.
