Great customer service! I came to buy some shoes for my daughter and the staff was so alert and kind.
They had a nice, organized and very large selection of authentic Crocs for low prices and even offered me another brand and also went way out of their way to help me order them online for the low af sale price of $5.98!!! Philip and Delora are the managers of this store and busted their butts like any other employee should, they earned my business, promotion and respect.
It was about 5:30 close to closing. The person that checked me out was like in a hurry to check me out. Didn't smile or say a thing. Until it was time to pay I put my card in the terminal and it said to remove, so I did. The clerk said you pulled if out too soon. I told her I just did what the terminal told to do. It seems like it was a bother.
Went by the store. Good wifi, I believe as I didn't goto the store. Instead the Dollar Tree was perused.
The female employee was very rude and pushy with her words, she didn't greet my daughter and I when we entered the empty store. She waited to the last minute to assist us, and when she did, the caucasian lady was very rude and disrepectful. I had to tell her to watch her finger because it got to close to me when she kept pointing it.
