It was good, the waitress in bar area was great.
We had issues with using our rewards for free chips and Manager explained to us the options we could do which was cancel the order & place order again with rewards or since reward wasn't taken off there wasn't much he could do with the system. But he did add another bag of chips and cheese to make up for the issue, he didn't have to do that but it showed that he really cared for his customers.nI apologize for not remembering the managers name but we ordered on 2/14/21 at around 3 pm.
I just needed to get away from home to study. This place was very patient and staff was incredibly polite
The wings my son and I got were cold. We had to wait due to which looked like they were understaffed. I understood that but why were my wings cold. Even the presidente margaritas were not good either. This location in Grand Prairie is not a good location. They did tell us that the kitchen was behind so that’s why the seating took so long because there were seats. I’ve never been to a Chili’s so unorganized. The waiter was awesome. He was working hard to work so many tables. He never skipped a beat. That’s why I gave two stars, for him.
First and last time ever coming to this location, got put on a wait list for 10:04 pm , arrived to be put in line for the table.. eventually get seated then wait another 35 min to have our waiter explain the kitchen is closed and we waisted our time and hunger... very very very bad customer service
