Waited 20 plus minutes for a table. Seated and was never greeted. Decided to leave. I should have been compensated for my wait time and no service. 8/15/20 Okay, I gave this location another try and much better service. Arturo aware and responsive to his guest/assigned area. Hope this is a sign of improvement.

Even though we went on the weekend and way after lunch time they still let us order off the lunch menu. The server was very sweet, the Chicken Alfredo was hot and fresh along with the minestrone was freshly made as well. My girlfriend had the unlimited soup and salad and enjoyed it. I score this within the context of my expectation for a chain like olive garden to supply relative to it's price. Also the exceptional waitress raised the score. If you go, try the chocolate lasagna cake. The cream cheese icing is delicious

The hostess team could sure use a lesson on how to be polite to customers.nWe were greeted with a mug/cross face and “can I help you” in an accusatory tone, not the friendly customer service tone.nI said yes I’m on the list for 5 people and they said we were next for a table.nShe replied “the wait is 40 minutes” because obviously she didn’t care about my response because I had JUST told her we were already on the list and have already waited an hour.nShe then said “hold on what’s your name”nchecked my name.. saw i was there.. then said “yeah but you still have to wait outside” in a really rude way.nnI get that there’s covid procedures in place but since when does that mean you no longer have to be friendly or nice when greeting customers? We didn’t know that the current procedure was to wait outside, obviously. But being completely rude from the moment you see someone walk in is NOT the right way to handle things. Maybe try some patience and kindness.

We checked in online only to find out that we had to be there in person for it to actually work. That is ridiculous. Be warned you might check in online and inspect an hour wait but then when you arrive they will tell you that doesn't mean Jack squat and you'll have to wait another 2 hours. There are far better places that will actually take into consideration that you checked in online probably never coming here again

Loved the chicken carbonara pasta, excellently made. The bread kept on coming as many times we asked for it and it's a bonus. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The waitress was superb, loved the service. My only issue was the rest room, had water on the floor. Would have given a five star rating if not for this.
