Impressive little brewery; really good assortment of beers, owners are cheerful, and the food is AMAZING! A small group of us met for poetry night and we had so much fun... They also have board games and scheduled days for trivia, so it's great for family and friends gatherings. They even have some non-alcoholic drinks for the kiddos.nDefinitely check out this place. Great to just chill or turn up.

Awesome local brewery, a real gem in Cedar Hill. We had a flight of beers and brisket tacos. The brisket was great and the Tex mex twist on it was excellent. I’m not the biggest beer guy but I will be coming back for sure as they had some beers I really liked from the flight we got. If your in the area support local businesses.

Cute brewery, nice and clean setup. When we were there the beers were a bit on the stronger side which I found unusal since its more of a warmer climate there..I had the Texas IPA and took a can-growler of the oatmeal stout home.

This is a great little brewery with a fairly wide selection of craft beers. We stopped in for a quick drink and ended up staying for two rounds and some bbq. The owner Brian was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. He explained to us that he and his father had remodeled the building, including all of the beautiful wood work found throughout the tasting room. The brisket tacos whipped up by chef Ryan were absolutely amazing, some of the best brisket we've ever had. Ash and Ember Brewing is a charming little place and a must stop for anyone in the cedar hill area.
