Applebee's Grill + Bar

We often frequent this establishment as minimum a party of four, multiple nights a month. Tonight has been by far the worst service we have ever received and we will not be returning any time in the future, nor will we return to any Applebee’s location. This particular evening was loaded with rude and abrasive service from all of our servers, who seemed to barely have time to take our order. Not only were they out of several items on the menu, we were not offered compensation or substitution to anything we asked for.nnWe started our night with four drinks, one of which was made incorrectly. When we asked our waitress about said drink, she merely stormed off with it in hand, only to return moments later to inform us that they had run out of the beverage component and tried to pass it off as such with an entirely different flavoring. We received no silverware, and were given 3 sets of plastic silverware (after getting our entrees)to serve the four of us in our party. We were seated for over an hour and did not receive one refill on our empty drinks, nor even the offer to refill them, one being as simple as a glass of water.nnOur waitress was extremely unprofessional and aggressive in recounting her experience with another customer in which she proudly confronted them in an unsuitable matter on their concern. This was due to her being questioned about why she was not properly wearing her mask, and why none of the servers but one were.nnFinally upon waiting to receive our checks from her, due to the payment kiosk being shut down at our table as it always is, she felt it appropriate to loudly exclaim how annoyed she was with our party frequenting this establishment and that if we were to “ask for one more thing she would go the f*ck off”. We have been loyal, generously tipping, and easy going customers . This location has continued to decrease in adequate service each time we go, this night being the worst of all. It was disgraceful as well as a meaningless waste of money for poor tasting food and horrendous treatment.

Superb atmosphere and super personal service. The meals were fresh and delightful. Will clearly recommend this place to friends and family. Affordable rates and big meals. Great work.

Unfortunately, our trip, if you can call it that, was less then perfect. The server told us before we even ordered that they were the only server on and that they had to handle the entire restaurant. We sympathized with them and might have still stayed until they told us that they had joked with the manager about closing. At that point we just told them it was okay, and we'll leave, which again if at any point they stopped us, maybe we would have stayed, but they were on board with us leaving. I understand being short staffed, and even mentioning that, but I would never let people leave on their own. It was a little embarrassing since I've never done that before. Truthfully, they were doing us a favor since they were probably trying to tell us it would have been slow service. We ended up going to Chili's and it worked out anyway. I've never experienced this before, so that's a first. The people next to us had a different server, so we were a little confused about they.

The staff forgot our salad, but the manager Jose got it made. He even brought it over to our hotel for us. Thank you Jose! Five stars for Jose the manager.

Got a clean table right away and the food was fast, cheap and excellent. The waitress Yadira was attentive, responsive and very sweet.
