Very friendly service. help find the perfect pair of boots

I wear a very hard to get size boot, 6 1/2 EEE. The young man and lady that owns the store we're absolutely awesome to deal with. Even after having to order several different style boots and sizes to find a solid fit.nnI will be a returning customer for service like this!!

Good boots just a little pricey!

I came into this store to see if I could get my boots repaired, The young man that was working assured me that he could make them look great agian! Mind you I buy nothing but redwings and so does my son , I expressed that if he was going to put a product on my boots called tough toe that I didn’t care for the shine that comes from putting the product on , he said he could buff it so it did shine , I went ahead and bought a new pair of boots and insoles at 300 dollars , he said he would ship my boots to my address after they came back , fast forward 3 weeks and I received my old boots , They were ruined by whoever put the tough toe on , It looked like They were dipped in candle wAx , it’s wasn’t uniform at all !! Looked like a 3rd grader did it , they were never refurbished and came back without laces , I called the store and talked to the same salesman and asked what happened to my boots he said someone else did the work and had no idea how they looked when shipped , I offered to send a picture of how messed up they were , but I assume he all ready knew , I asked for the owner to call me back and he never did !! I am back in town and will be dropping in tomorrow!!! Very disappointed, UPDATE I received a call today , The owner of the store went above and beyond to make this situation right !! I will continue to make redwings my only choice for boots , Thank you very much !!

Called ahead and specifically asked for a pair of boots. They said yeah we've got it in stock so I drove an hour and a half to get there only to find out they lied. They didn't have anything near what I wanted in stock and the lady showed me a catalog but insisted on showing me boots we were clearly not wanting.
