Isn't questionable that this military clinic has such a low rating? What are they doing to cause this? Does anyone even care to address this? A phone number that gets you connected to no one, information on the recorded line is incorrect and the callback request does not work. There's no clear posted signs that say the operating hours if there's a change. I have to do labs, I had to fast 10

Do NOT go here or call. ESPECIALLY in the morning time. A lady on the front desk staff was SO rude to my husband this morning. We just moved here a couple of months ago and we don’t know the area or anything on post. So my husband asked questions on where to go and what to do for his appointments. She was rude and kept sighing at him, replying snarky and had an attitude every time he asked a simple question. Then she hung up on him while he tried to say have a nice day. We’re going to get her name and report her because why treat service members like that? It’s NOT their fault, nor their spouses fault, that they CHOSE to work at a military installation.

They have like one good doctor. Other than that they treat you bad because they know you’re in the army and it doesn’t matter because the whole culture is toxic. Glad I’m out and never have to go here again.

Doctor constantly puts in the wrong refill medication. Pharmacy does not answer their phone even when they personally give you the number to call to activate your refills. I have to call other clinics to see if my medication has been put in by the doctor but even they don’t answer most of the time. If medication isn’t wrong the best possible outcome is that you get to visit the pharmacy twice and wait in long lines to activate refills and then pick up medication. Soldiers are to busy with work to hang out in clinics all day and Lapoint can’t give good medical care because they are understaffed.

Audiology straight up doesn’t answer the phone and the receptionist used a racial slur when speaking to me. How can anyone be this unprofessional?
