This place frustrates me. When our son was born he was a little jaundiced. We went in to the clinic and they tested his bilirubin (drew blood from foot.) They called us with the results. We went back in for our appt the next day and they didn’t know he’d even been seen before, tested again and called with results. They referred us to mother/baby to put baby under the light. We got there and they said they don’t do that unless baby is much worse off. Waste of time. Every appt we have we get seen by someone different. I was concerned about baby’s face and everyone said the rash would go away with time. Took me going through 3 doctors for someone to figure out it was baby dandruff and put me onto a shampoo for it. Now our baby isn’t gaining weight like he should be. He throws up a lot and was born in the 90th percentile and is now in the 3rd. I keep taking him in and once the nurse even freaked out over his weight and took it twice to make sure, but they’re not doing anything about it. This time around I told the nurse I was frustrated, explained everything that’s happened and how hard it is to get answers, and her response was to ask me if I had taken a depression screening. Don’t go here if you can help it.

Stay away from JONESud83eudd75My son's pcm in 2017 was Jones, she is the most incompetent health care worker we have come across. My son was referred to young eagle when he was three days old and his diagnosis was on the referral. Jones said she couldn't diagnose him and treat him because he had to medical records. We waited for hours for another physician to look at him and within 5 minutes she treated the health issue.

There are no words to express how unprofessional some of the people working here are. And I would like to know why they post a phone number if they have no intentions of ever answering it?

Very disappointed in this clinic. My daughter was referred by school to be seen by primary care provider. It was a mix up in clinic, I asked the first desk was it a way they could see my daughter. The front desk told me no their last appointment was 15:10 and when I asked it was 15:18. I was booked) at screaming eagle. I'm knew here and I knew nothing about screaming eagle off base.
