Wonderful experience! Everyone from the exceptionally nice lady at the front desk, to Angie, the person who discharged my husband, was top notch! Brandon, the paramedic, who assisted my husband in the room and Emalaine, the APN who stitched my husband up were both on their A game!! We couldn't have asked for better service and attention!

I had my daughter at this Hospital and there was mold on the shower curtains. Nastiest thing I could see after having my newborn come into the world at that exact hospital. Just really disappointed In the staff and for even putting me and my child in that room. Made me think I should have just had her at home smh

This is a wonderful facility with a truly wonderful staff. You arrive at your worst. But the emergency room process is streamlined. I did have to wait. But it’s to be expected. The staff was attentive, while being empathetic and caring. Once in the er area, my care was expedient. Every staff member was professional, caring, competent and wonderful. The specialist were a delight. Once admitted the floor nurses were so sweet. They took care of me like I was family, professional, competent, caring, thorough, accommodating and I can’t say enough positive things. The facility is beautiful. My complaint are petty at most. This is a net positive experience. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I’m in and out of hospital at a far greater rate than I’d like. So. This is a semi professional endorsement.

Totally unprofessional and rude. My husband was flown to this facility for emergency surgery after midnight on tues 11/17. I went to the ER for information as you normally would in this situation wearing mask due to covid 19. I was called by the OR nurse and updated as surgery progressed and told to come up to 4th floor to see my husband. When I asked the ER staff, ( I had driven 3 hrs to reach the hospital and it’s maybe 2 am, I’m sitting in a chair in ER only 2 other pts are there.) they sent 2 security guards over and told me to leave and that I could either stand outside (it’s 30 degrees) , or sleep in my car that I could not see my husband til after 4p the next day. (Life threatening surgery for a life threatening incident). I tried to understand and stated my opinion that this wasn’t right. That I needed to see him. (I’m also an RN, so to say the least, this made no sense even with a pandemic) 2 other cops walk over, Hamilton county cops? and the man became very loud and told me I needed to leave, after a couple minutes of trying to explain I got up and went towards the door, they were right beside me, I was telling them it’s 30 degrees outside and I really needed to see my husband after surgery (he is deaf and I often translate for him) . Both cops male and female, (the male much more aggressive) began pushing me and the female would grab at me as the male continued pushing me to the road. (From this incident my back pain has worsened ) I asked if they were going to arrest me as they continued pushing me. I told them that I had broken my back twice and that I’m 60 yr old as the pushing and shoving continued. who does that? Is this what the world is coming to? Is this the way Erlanger intends their patients family to be treated? You can and should do MUCH MUCH better ERLANGER BARONESS Hospital and Hamilton county police. I was told Erlanger East? SHAMEFUL, E. H. Hamilton

Arrival time 10:12 am. Xray taken at approximately 11:00, 3 hours later still waiting on a Radiologist to read it! Next time the choice will definitely be Urgent Care not this!nNurse comes in for vitals again...asked what is taking so long....her response you can always depend on waiting 3 to 5 hours at an Emergency Room...good to know! Her other response you can always get checked quicker at an Urgent Care.
