The va in Chattanooga is extremely sad and needs better Dr's and people working there. They don't answer the phones or help the veterans. I would say they are just there for a paycheck I can't ever get anything done here. Would give 0 stars if it would let me.

My doctor, Dr Robinson, and his nursing staff are caring and genuinely interested in their patients. I have been a patient at this clinic for 25 years and have experienced many changes. My experience is the Director and staff just continue to make excellent changes to benefit patient care. Happy to be one of their patients.

Wow this place was a god send to my husband who had been being seen in Atlanta VA. Dr. Streko and his staff are amazing. He has helped my husband get the care he needed after having a stroke. If you have ever tried to get follow ups at a doctor outside the VA after an emergency you have no idea how hard it is but Dr. Streko helped us as always. He takes time with his vets and listens. He is truly a diamond.

I take my father-in-law's hearing aids to the audiology clinic here. I find them very helpful and the check-in process easy. The audiologists and the technicians do SO much for a lot of people in the timeframe they have to work with. The waiting room is well-lit, clean and comfortable. They have coffee available and televisions to watch. There are easy check-in stations as you walk in for the clinics when u have an appointment. I often use the walk in audiology that is Monday-Thursday 8-11am...I just check-in with a friendly person at the desk when I arrive.

I can't believe that no one has ever rated this place. It is a very good place for disabled veterans to be seen. It is a little bit crowded but they work tirelessly to get you back to the drsl office and they will see you on time of your appointment. It works like a time piece. If you have any questions or concerns they are welcomeing to listen to you. Nothing like the Atlanta VA monstrosity?!!
