Loved everything about the staff, store and fit of jeans. They were all very helpful. Most comfortable pair of jeans I've ever worn Hands down. No problems there. Just not a fan of how they hold up in the wash. Purchased a pair of $100 black athletic men's taper jeans 5 months ago, wore them three times and after the very first wash, they had white blotches all over them. I washed them exactly how the staff and jeans instructions said to. Basically ruined the color. Sadly, their return policy is only 30 days. Won't be buying these again. Should've gotten Levi's instead. They will hold up much better after one wash and their return policy is unbeatable. A bit upsetting that the customer service for a more expensive pair of jeans is so bad.

Oh my goodness. Best shopping experience I've ever had. I got assistance from Kim for jean fit and I couldn't be happier. She explained cuts, fabrics, sizing, stretch, and the fact that the jeans are BRE SHRUNK! I am beyond grateful for her knowledge, kindness, and patience.

We stopped in here while we were shopping in the 12 South area and they had a great selection. The staff was very friendly but not overbearing and I was able to finds a great pair of jeans!
