My first time into the store and it did not disappoint. I went in for a the “‘make it stop” wine glasses. I own a travel agency and wanted to send them to two of my agents that have had a particular tough couple of weeks- because let’s face it..it’s been a tough year for us! Loved, loved the store- but what was even more impressive was the staff. Super friendly and helpful AND they even mail for ya! I mean win-win! I will be back time and time again!

My go-to shop for gifts and little moments that will brighten up any space or day. Have gotten everything from mugs to vases here and they are always beautiful and high quality. Swung by for the holiday open house and can’t wait for another season decked out by this stylish buyer!

It is a cozy little mall with a lot of shops I did not even visit yet! The donuts that you don't want miss were to die for! I had Chocolate gnash with sea salt!!!!!nI saw the milk shake bar but they looked to big to enjoy by yourself!nThe clothing store was darling and very fashion wow!!!

Amazingly beautiful store! It's perfect! There is something for everyone, great price point, unique, and just a happy, fun, carefully curated store. We're so lucky to have her in Nashville.

Living With Landyn - 1/5 StarsnnI don't usually like to post negative reviews about businesses because sometimes employees make mistakes and those mistakes can be rectified by management, but when the owner/manager (after doing some research looks like it may have been Landyn?) models the behavior I'm about to describe, it's clear that this store could use some basic customer service training 101.nnYou know that scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts walks into a store to only be snubbed by the sales associates? Well that's similar to what happened to me this Sunday afternoon at Living With Landyn in Nashville, TN. This afternoon, I decided to drop by the beautifully renovated L&L Market on Charlotte Avenue because I pass by it almost every day and have been really interested to see what it has to offer.nnAfter purchasing some delicious donuts from Five Daughters Bakery, I see this cute shop near the bakery with clothes/homeware/skincare/etc. and I decide to pop in. I walk in with no makeup (looking quite drab), and the store is moderately busy; I start casually browsing around and I can see a few employees who are acknowledging other customers, welcoming them in. Despite making eye contact with me, these employees don't offer me the same greeting. Ok, whatever, it happens.nnI then see a cute table with mini donuts and some mimosas and a woman is just standing there - she looks at me, and then looks away - she looks to be either the manager or owner herself. As soon as I walk by closer (those donuts look so good!), she greets another customer in the nicest fashion whilst ignoring me. The thing is, there is no way the employees or this manager/owner could have possibly missed me - I looked like a customer who needed some guidance, and I didn't even get a single greeting. I actually stood for a few seconds looking for someone to help me after I left the donut table, and even though another employee definitely saw me, I got no help.nnBasically, I'm writing this review because it sucks when you're made to feel less by being treated differently when you go to a store than other customers are being treated (we've all felt that at some point, right?). Some store employees may do this by mistake, but in this case, it wasn't a mistake. I know because I used to work in the clothing customer service industry in high school/college. Maybe it's because I looked super bland this afternoon - not someone worth saying hello to and selling something to - that I wasn't acknowledged. But it's often customers who look the least assuming that provide the store the most profit on a particular day (plus, you never know who they really are unless they're in the public eye!).nnIn sum, I give Living With Landyn 1 out of 5 stars for their lack of customer service, and what to me seemed like an intentional snub. I never even heard of this store or this person named Landyn until I felt so offended by being intentionally snubbed that I decided to go out of my way and write this review. When management at the top (or ownership in this case?) treats customers this way (or rather ignores), how can you expect the employees to know any better? Here's to hoping that this post causes them to review their customer service skills.
