The shoe fitting process was quick and easy, and the 3D foot scan was helpful. Turns out I was wearing a half size too small! The shoe options I got to try on were all great. It was hard to pick just one. I love my new running shoes, and I already put a few miles on them this week. I will definitely be coming back, and not just ordering running shoes on Amazon anymore.

I just had the best experience at Fleet Feet. Drew & Eric were extremely professional and worked with my very specific needs for a pair of running shoes and inserts. I can't say enough about my experience with them. Also, the covid-19 precautions they take with cleaning and giving everyone space was outstanding! Thanks for a fantastic experience. Fleet Feet has the nicest people working there. They listen to you, scan your feet, watch you walk and take to heart what you say. My daughter works on her by feet all day and was in pain due to poor support and the wrong shoe for the job. Fleet Feet fixed her right up and she comes home with a smile every day. They know what they are doing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Eric was incredible! I arrived close to 7:00, when they close. He never acted inconvenienced or rushed. He took time to explain everything to me, as well as finding me the perfect shoes. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
