Nice store. Good selection of clothing and helpful employees.

Emily was helpful, helped me with a dressing room, and asked if I needed additional sizing, ]She is the reason for 3 star review, not zero star, but Colleen was horrible, not only unlocking and opening my dressing while I was in there changing, not even apologizing right after, and unfortunately I got her AGAIN while checking out my purchase, she didn't take additional 40% of while the store had it all across they are having 40% off, and she didn't take my birthday reward card till I asked, ugh, what a dreadful experience, I will just keep doing my online shopping from now on, doesn't want to run into her again.

The staff was extremely helpful in finding what I needed.

Black Friday advertising didn't have the * after the 50% off, so I was irritated to get told after waiting in long line that what I wanted was an exemption. I had been helped by one of the staff who didn't mention it either, wasted 45 minutes.

This particular store doe not have a team the believes in customer service. J.Crew as a brand I like. But this store is not easy to work with.
