Bad location and confusing way to enter... can’t use the first drive through lane as it’s “only” for ATM use. Staff acted put out that they had to actually help a customer. I will gladly switch banks before returning. Get it together BB&T and hurry your merge so we have more options to choose from in the Nashville area.

Was a customer here for 11 years. Worst bank service ever. They treat you like dirt and are rude whenever you call them. I closed my account and moved to First Horizon.

This branch is a joke. They do not know how to set up a temporary card. I'm beyond fed up with BBT. Will be closing my account out and taking business else.

I don’t like this branch or bank now. The only thing holding it together is a gentleman named Chip I believe. I could be wrong because it’s been so long since I’ve been in. One woman was so rude and unhelpful, I’m considering pulling my funds and finding a new bank.nAlso, The reason I haven’t been in so long is because though there are people in there, and it says “open” online, the branch always seems to be closed. This change needs to be noted online as to not waste it’s clients’ time. I would’ve given it one star but gave two because of Chip.
