Walked in with our new puppy during the Christmas lights parade and loved this little place! It's so nice to see something like this down town! The owners were so friendly and so kind to us and our puppy, can't wait to go back to get our little guy some goodies! Knowledgeable pet people 100%!
Best local pet store I’ve ever been to. Welcomed by wonderful people who made my shopping experience so easy! Left with a high quality dog frame that I can’t wait to put to use for my pups. Would definitely recommend! I will be coming back!
C.J of Pups, in downtown Lowell, MA is hands down one of the nicest people I have had the honor of meeting. He was very friendly and very helpful, informing my girlfriend and I about a certain product that we were looking for. The item was not in stock at the at the store but he did tell us that the item was on its way and gave us his store call and ask if the product was there. He even offered to hold the item for us once it had reached his store. He has a very nice business and is a very nice man indeed. We will continue to support the work he is doing.
A great addition to the neighborhood! My dog loves to stop by and sample new snacks. They also have a good selection of collars, toys, food, and clothes (for dogs and their humans). Very friendly staff and some unique items.
So sad about the Lowell store closing!! We love Pups all natural treats faor prices. Loved it. Sad to see it gone.
