We went to the store in our town, Checotah, Oklahoma. I usually dread this so much and don't go if I can help it. We had an emergency and had to get help fast. The rep that helped us is named Annie. She was the most knowledgeable, sweet and helpful person I have ever dealt with. Seldom do I have a great experience as I did with Annie! Give that girl a raise! She is wonderful!
Only 1 teller and 10 people waiting, it was not ok. I made a appointment online for 2pm and didn’t get seen until after 3pm. I went in for a hot spot router and the employee wouldn’t stop trying to up sell me on another phone and phone line and another plan.nAT&T has god awful reception and after this I cancelled and switched to US cellar . Not only is it cheaper but it actually works.nI have been a loyal AT&T customer for 15 years now and never thought I would ever switch....nI’m super happy now that I am done with them!
Went in for a upgrade and I was in and without any problems, the girls had great customer service! Will definitely be back
Annie is great. Very knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you the most expensive stuff.
Walked in to get an upgrade for my son and while I was there I was showed how to lower my bill with a new plan. They are young but very knowledgeable!
