Very helpful, even replaced my battery for me. Every time I go in they ask me right away if they can help.
I have a business account with Auto Zone, I have shopped with them for many years. Today I've had the pleasure (and I mean that in complete sarcasm) of being treated with little care for my business. I had a trailer hub break on me and when I went in to get a match, the manager in grey basically told me there are over a hundred different wheel hubs and that he wasn't going to go look through all of them to figure out the one I needed. In addition to that he told me that there were no tools he could loan me, despite all auto zones have a free loan a tool program. His exact words were, you can purchase a 4 way, but you can't borrow it as that would scratch the item.nnSo I instead went to O'Riely's and they found the exact trailer hub I needed in less than a minute. In addition to that they even let my use a 4 way and other tools to take the broken hub off of the wheel I brought. I easily spent 120$ in that store despite not having an account with them.nnHonestly the worst Autozone store in Oklahoma.
