If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have been with Cricket for several months now and when i came into this store a lady named Cristal was very rude! I never write reviews, but I refuse to let her get away with treating me the way she did. All I wanted was to get help with certain features on my phone and to also get a new phone case. I do not appreciate her being inconsiderate and unhelpful. I will never come to this store again. I would also like for the Area Manager to get in touch with me. Thank you!
Just did an upgrade on my phone, and Cristal and Kelly were such a great help. Thank you lady’s for helping me with my phone and letting me know about the great options you guys had, I definitely recommend coming to this cricket store.very helpful customer service and I will continue coming to this store.
