Sub par food and service.
This hooters in particular had amazing customer service for a To - Go order. The lady on the phone was pleasant, repeated my order back to me to ensure it was correct. When we arrived to pick it up, she pulled out each item to ensure they were all correct.
Manager on dusty didn't want to us to sit with the bartender that we came to see saying she couldn't handle the load. I'm sure he was just hating on my friend there were only 3 people at the bar. I asked him about it and within 2 minutes of talking to him I knew he was not fit for foh management. This place needs new management all the way to the top. Hooter corporate needs to look at how horrible this place is run.
Overpriced food! The girls was super nice. But mediocre looking!
Ordered from the Uber Eats app. Food was cold even though the driver got here quickly. One tiny , shriveled tomato on a burger. The chili I paid for probably amounted to a 1/2 tablespoon and there were LITERALLY 9 , yes NINE fries for the side. Over $20 spent. I'd sooner order from the McDonald's Dollar Menu than this ripoff joint again.
