I went it and got seated .. the table was so dirty ( had crumbs and syrup from the pop drying )nOur waitress comes out and takes our drink orders ... We get the drinks and they are watered down ..... Like flavored water ... Not to mention one of the cups was leaking !nnWe waited for our waitress to come back and take our order ( she was very rude )nBut OVERALL - THE FOOD WAS AMAZING ! loved the steak ... Mac and cheese was yummy ! Broccoli could've been better... Mashed potatoes were good ! Everything was up to par EXCEPT THE SERVICE ! Just a tip TGI - good service is what keeps customers coming back - not just good food !

Today TGIF won me back as a customer. This was my favorite place growing up and over the years I had to move on. We went early to mid afternoon so seating was no problem. We were greeted by a young lady and she was very polite and even complimented my hair. She took our order and everything was prompt. I ordered the cotton Candy Cosmo and it was amazing. I too in the past felt the drinks were watered down but this was a good drink. I even asked to purchase the shaker and the manager apologized that he couldn’t sell it but offered me a different one instead. He also was super polite and friendly. Everything was good. We had the potstickers and I had the donut burger. A bad donut can kill the donut burger and they got it right. The fries were good, the drinks, everything we ordered was good. I mean the taste was more than I expected. Overall great experience. I will def go again because beginning to end was a great experience and the bathrooms were clean.

Table of 4 sat in the bar, 2 chefs and 2 former waitstaff...received the worst service. Waitress took forever to take our orders and then we waited forever after getting our appetizers for utensils and plates. She only checked on us once and disappeared after delivering our check, had to get the bartender to go find her. We all understand a busy restaurant but a MIA waitress gets no tip.

I have been to this location several times. I have never had any big issues. I have never had to wait long for a seat. My most recent visit was in March 2021. The staff seem to follow established covid-19 procedures. Customers at the restaurant also seemed to be following the rules too. Food was good and came out at a decent time. One item had to be returned to the kitchen and within minutes everything was corrected. My biggest complaint was the menu seems limited now.

It was Friday afternoon, around 2 p.m. and I was hungry for fish, so I went to Red Lobster. I couldn't get anyone to come and seat me so after waiting too long, I left and went to TGI Fridays. I ordered the fish and fries. I told the waiter that it was too much fried food and asked to substitute broccoli ud83eudd66for the ud83cudf5ffries. When the food came it was fries and broccoli but no cole slaw. I explained what I had wanted and it was no problem. He fixed it right away.it Everything was wonderful. Especially the broccoli.
