The service was good, food was filling, and the beer was cold.
The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made sure to check in with us regularly, even when understaffed and hit with a late dinner rush. Good service, fast and involved without pushing or up selling anything.

I have to say we used to go to this Chili's weekly, but service started going down hill, so we stopped going for the longest time. One day we decided to give it another shot. In the last year, service has improved 100%. During Covid, we have been using more of the curb side delivery option. The service through curbside is fast and efficient! When I place an order its normally a rather large order for our company. They have always been accurate and labeled. Today, we were missing part of our order. When I called to let them know, they were extremely apologetic. When I went back to pick up the missing item, they had included a bunch of other goodies! We had some unexpected desserts! Yum!
I don't know what was going on when we were there but it took forever to get seated, food was slow but the food was the same quality as the rest of the franchises. The restaurant was almost empty sparsely scattered with patrons. Our waitress didn't come check on us, the service was horrible and we won't go to this location again.
