My wife and I had purchased dinners to go last Friday evening, and there was a problem with 2 of the 3 orders. I did not notice one of the problems until Monday at lunch when I opened the container. I called corporate headquarters to let them know about this, and they were so nice to speak with. They apologized and told me a manager would call me back. Within just a few minutes I received a call from the district manager and he delivered a new lunch to me at my work. Wow I have not seen this kind of service in years. Swadleys is simply the best. What else Is there to say. I will go back again and again. Thank you so much!

For my birthday my family took me to one of my favorite place to eat. I can't say enough for the excellent service we received by Cam and Kristian tonight. Thank you so much for a great job Swadley. The food was great as always.

The food was good. Kinda pricey I thought. The wait staff could have been better. We had a party of 5 and when they brought out 2 plates from our order they then brought an order from a different table's order, making us wait from for our order, then brought out the rest of ours and didn't ask about bbq souce out right with our meal or maybe ask before they brought our order out. Several small things like that that, shouldn't be their at that price point.

Great visit although a sandwich had to go back. A friend Mentioned he didn't have his glasses and was trying to see the menu. He didn't know pickles and special sauce would come on it. After the sandwich was sent back it seemed like a huge negative shift to our visit. We don't get to go out and enjoy time with friends that often due to covid. This really affected my visit. He absolutely hates pickles could you image being excited to have lunch with your son. Your son wanted to buy your lunch and you refuse to eat because you couldn't see the menu contents. Its was a simple fix but felt like we were being an inconvenience.
