Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! You truly can't beat their online delivery service. Home delivery is available 7 days a week, and if ordered before 3PM then it arrives same day for no additional charge. Home deliveries are always packaged well to ensure rain or insects do not ruin the product before you are able to take it in inside. Highly recommended!
It was the first time I have ever been into PetPeople but you would have thought I was a regular! The two women working were so sweet and friendly! I mentioned that my puppy was still getting use to people and they took the time to play around with him and get him comfortable in the store. Went in for doggie bags and a treat for my puppy and ended up leaving with a couple of toys and more treats based on the employees recommendations! Honestly a really great experience and I plan to come in again!
Kendall is the nicest, most patient person and I can't begin to describe how much I appreciate her! I'm working with a reactive dog and Kendall sat with us and earned my dog's trust. I've never had that kind of experience at any pet store and will never go anywhere else again! Big thank you from me and Delilah!

Cody and Victoria were super helpful and friendly. I was immediately welcomed, and they both tried to help me as much as they could. I could tell Cody is exceptionally knowledgable and tries his best to tailor food recommendations for each pet. I am definitely coming back for all my pet needs.
