Downtown Crossing

I have enjoyed several great experiences in the downtown area. The food at the grocery store in the downtown area serves up a wide variety of entries which will keep you going back. The access to many different businesses in the same area is great experience. The people are friendly, polite and very giving which make for a great experience because most places you cannot find that type of experience.

The smelliest dirtiest station I’ve ever been in. The one star you do get is for the very nice staff in this station which are always helpful and nice when you need something and make your day just a little bit better. Trains are always delayed especially on the orange line be prepared to be crowded onto a delayed train you waited 20 minutes for.

Its not that the station has a bad design. The walk way to park st station has fenced up constrution sigts that are old and just left there. One of the orange line entrance get super packed because the lack of ticket gates. Getting to the red line from park st. To down town crossing undeground tunnel is rlly old and its so packed thers pepple waiting on the red line plat form to get in. On the orange line plat form theree is always someone swearing at you. From the street entrance you have to walk a long tunn to the station butboverall thevatation is newet and clean

Easy to find your way around. Clean. Good help provided by the T-workers dressed in red.

Great station that has connections to many places. Can be busy during weekdays but a very convenient spot to get any train.nThe downtown crossing area is nice too with a lot of shopping malls and stores to enjoy. Fun to place to go with friends.
