I don’t know why this place gets a bad rep, though I did walk in an hour before closing on a weeknight. The British manager was very helpful and spent as much time as needed helping me find a perfect fit, and the selections were all very high quality. After months of shoe shopping, I finally walked out with exactly the type of shoe I’d been searching for, and I’m pretty sure I owned the exact same shoe a few years ago too.
This place rocks!! The staff is unbelievably accommodating and helpful. I'll be back for sure
This is a horrible location for a shoe store. No parking and they aren't able to keep it staffed. Stockroom is a fire hazard.
They stock some NICE SHOOES, but there is NO CONNECTIONS to the SPECIAL AOL SERVICE!N?M?M!N?M?N!N!N!N!N?M!N!N!N!
The salesman at this store was so rude to my elderly mother. She simply picked up a display shoe to look at it (after all, isn't that what display shoes are for?!!), and he reprimanded her not to touch the shoe. I brought my mom here with the intention of buying 2-3 pairs of shoes for her upcoming trip. Well, they've lost my family's business, and we're telling our friends not to shop here!
