I purchased a pair of boots online. The boots turned out to be big and I took them back to return to the store. First want to mention, they weren’t on sale when I bought them, but they’re shipped to me with a red clearance sticker and in a completely random box that didn’t belong to the boots. But that’s totally fine.nSo the manager at the store , Allie, told me she can’t accept them because they were worn, i will attach the pictures of the boots, that clearly show that they weren’t worn. The sticker is still on, there is not a scratch on the bottom of the boots. I don’t know why she decided to do that, but a pretty bad judgment in her end. Super bad experience, hate the drive there anyway, will never be going back.
You have to search really thoroughly to find something worth. Most of the clothes look worn out. The store is messy.
