I love the leather-made stuff, and I bought one purse today, really cool, love it!
They offered to stretch my boots that were slightly too snug. Great customer service!
Staff offered a friendly greeting when I came in. At first I was browsing on my own, but about 10 minutes later an employee walked over to me, offered her help, and was very attentive to my needs. Expensive, but hopefully will last me long term!
Something is off about this place. Their shoes are really expensive but most are not made for actually walking here in Boston. The staff do not know enough to help you. When I asked if a $215 boot was good for walking 6-8 miles, the woman told me she didn't know but she walked one mile once. That isn't anything. Another visit I was about to purchase some On shoes that are GREAT, but I was talked out of buying them by someone who said online says to size up. Well I was in the store trying them on and they were good! Why do I care what it says online? I later purchased from the On website and they are perfect. I did not size up and the ones in the store would have been great. But why would their salesman talk me out of buying them at the store? I like supporting local businesses and need nice shoes which is why I keep trying with this place.....but...it isn't a good place to shop.
Lots of interesting shoes. Men and women's. Comfort is their moto but you will find some European styles you can't pass on. Also sells purses. Pricier but quality shoes.nService is B at best.
