Bought a winter coat from Guess online and the zipper broke in less than a year. They would not take it back or do anything about it. Would not recommend shopping here — if you do, be prepared to waste your money on malfunctioning products that they will do absolutely nothing to resolve...

I stopped by right at closing with a tall order for staff who had every right to close up and go home. Brittany, the manager, was a super star. She found me an outfit that fit great and looked great, in record time. The other worker and I got to chatting and they were both as pleasant and gracious as can be. This store location looks so good and it's clear that the manager loves her work and has a great relationship with her employees.
Manager super rude went I ask a cuestión . Any time I go to this store he is always mad attitude so disappointed because I love the store! But never again.
Very expensive for, some or much, mediocre style. But I just now found out it's an American brand. That's good about it.
