I bought boots here and felt pretty rushed to decide (people working there were clearing the shoe boxes away before I had finished with them), so I picked some that seemed to fit and thought I'd try them out in my own home. Realized after wearing them for 10 mins in my house that one boot was a bit tight, so I brought them back in next day for an exchange. Was immediately and pretty rudely told by the manager that I had worn them outside and they were not in shape to resell, no refunds or exchanges. She said the only option was to stretch them out, so she did, and now the boot that was too small is too big. Pretty frustrating experience, and I wish I had spent my money elsewhere.
