Went to visit this store for the first time today and we had a very good experience with the owner. He is laid back and friendly, knowledgeable as well. I had alot of questions and he had no problem answering them. He don't try and push his products on you, he genuinely want you to make sure your getting what you need. I will definitely be going back there. Also when you go make sure to buy one of the candles, man they make your house smell delicious!!
Customer service was good, definitely a spot to find your dog something beneficial. I got my 2 pups their 1st shots here. I was told about a vet not to far from this location that's actually affordable. I'm going to make this the place to get dog food from now on and I need the vet info again so I'll recommend and refer PPS TO ANYONE LOOKING OUT FOR THE DOGS!

Very customer service oriented and knowledgeable staff. I bought a vaccine for my pup and didn't know to refrigerate before use. I called and asked what would be the best thing to do being that I had not refrigerated the med since purchased. The owner told me to discard the vaccine and come by and pick up another one for at no additional charge. That was very nice and thoughtful of him. Due to COVID my dog's normal vet has changed a lot of things so now I'm administering vaccines. He answered all of my questions, gave me some advice and let me know of an affordable vet near by if needed. Will definitely continue to return to this pet supply store for my doggie.
Heard of this store from someone I met outside of Starbucks, and their dogs looked amazing ud83dudc4f amazing prices and very knowledgeable. If you have any questions or doubts and you ask you will not be sold something you don't need.. Definitely recommended this place to others already and will continue to do so. So worth the 30 minute drive!
