Absolutely love taking my little pup here. All of the groomers are kind, they are so gentle with the dogs, and are completely knowledgeable on their jobs. Ace being a shy dog gets very excited to get into the store every time. He always leaves the grooming area extremely happy and handsome.
I love this place! I just moved to the South End and will be getting a puppy next month. The staff was so friendly and helpful with things I needed as well as gave me a tour of the store - daycare, grooming, and self wash area. They even have a trainer! The store is beautiful and so clean! I can’t wait to start bringing my dog here for everything she needs!
I just moved to the South End and heard great things about this store. I am getting a rescue and stopped by to take a look. I am so glad I did! The staff was great and answered questions from what to feed my dog, daycare, grooming and training. I’m so excited to bring my dog here. The store is beautiful and it has great food that you don’t find in discounted stores. This will be my one stop shopping.
This is more than a pet store. The selection and quality of food makes this place a step above the other “big box” pet stores. I won’t go any where else to get my dog food, treats, and accessories. They also offer full grooming, daycare, training, and self wash stations. Liz is super friendly and loves your pet almost as much as you love your pet. Loyal Companion is not just a pet store, it’s like a second home for my fur baby.
Liz is an amazing person and Manager. The best products and services for your pampered pooch. My rescue pups love Stella & Chewy’s and Ziwi Peak for food and treats.
