Love this local pet store. My puppy loves their fresh treats. The service is nice and people there are all so friendly. I am so glad we have this store in our neighborhood. :)

This is the first time I comment on Google. I was trying to find where I can buy Primal cat food online, and here I am. Staffs here are very helpful. They call me every time to confirm my order and notify me when will it be delivered. And i think the price here is also cheaper (maybe)!

I used to love this place until I bought cat food and got the wrong order (their mistake not mine). I went back to the store to see if they had what I wanted in stock or to get a refund so that in a pinch I could buy the food on their website instead. The store refused to refund me and issued a mandatory store credit and used COVD-19 as the reason. I don't think using COVID to screw customers out of money is the right way to do things. I still purchased the food I need on their website except now I have paid twice. COVID shouldn't be a reason to provide low level customer service. It wasn't hard to do the right thing in this situation. I worked in customer service most of my life I can think of countless ways to make this right in order to maintain my customer. All it does is make me second guess the business owners integrity and where I should buy my cat food. Moral of the story: think twice, no refunds provided. All sales are final.

Should not close shop early and then not help customers they can see at door. I prefer to support small businesses than use online but if they don’t need business and are not willing to provide good customer service than I will go elsewhere.

Best dog shop in Boston. They have cat items too, but I came because I got a gift card for my dog. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They let us try out some dog booties, which we didn't end up getting, but they were really nice about it. We did end up getting plenty of festive treats and toys, they have a great selection of items even for my toy destroyer pup. I also like that they carry locally made dog treats.
