Love the diverse selection of items at this store! Love that they have free store pick up and a discount when you pick up. The staff are always kind and eager to help you. I like that they are adhering to the CDC guidelines and limiting the number of people in the store and have plexi glass up. Now if they could just lower their prices a little bit and match the sales online I would probably be in here every week.
I always have a good shopping experience here. The ladies that work there are kind, funny and professional. This place has very stylish clothes for bigger sizes. Some may say it's a lil pricey, but I buy things that I really like and the clothes last for some time.
The ladies inside were patient and friendly, and seemed set on helping us find the things we needed. A great experience.
The customer service here is poor. I was greeted once and then never spoken to again for the entire duration of being there. The store feels cramped and there are some spots I couldn't even walk through. I appreciated their variety of clothes, but the vibe in that store made me feel like I didn't belong there.
Torrid is the best when you are shopping for plus size girls
