Every time I go in my petco, the associates are nice and knowledgeable. Products are always in stock and I never have a problem getting what I need for my pets. They are really great at what they do! If I can’t find it they will help me locate it.
The employees are always friendly and the store is clean. But, they don't always have what I am looking for. I generally shop elsewhere for pet supplies, but I was near this store and it was close to closing, so I thought I would try to get what I needed. However, I left without making a purchase...again.
Great stuff, employee acted like he'd been asked for his social security number when asked about availability of a specific product. Other employees helpful and courteous.
Love this store. They have everything you need for your pet. They even have a trainer, Sammy. She is amazing. They even offer grooming.
The customer service was wonderful today. I was able to have questions answered and it didn't take long to get help.
