All of the pet food... ALL OF IT!
We want to extend a thank you to Will for all his help with our Betta fish. He has given us so much information over the past few weeks, and every time we’ve stopped into Pet Supplies Plus, Will has gladly answered any questions we have, taking his time to make sure we understand and offering tips from his own personal aquatic experience. He guided us through the process of purchasing a tank, heater, filtration, live plants, how to properly feed and do water changing. We are complete Betta fish newbies, and there is so much conflicting information in the internet. Will gave us the confidence to know we were doing the right things to give our little guy the best life. Please take good care of such a valuable employee. We truly appreciate all of his help.
This is our go to for everything our animals need and we have quite the variety! The staff is helpful and management are extremely knowledgeable. My last visit was quick but urgent. After a very long and tiring day I remembered we were out of something and went in much later then usual and quite exhausted. The staff was sweet and helpful and got everything I needed read in a hurry, I highly recommend checking them out!
I had been looking to get a ferret for a while and everywhere has been out of them due to COVID, but they had one left. The ferret was $220 dollars, but they gave me her whole cage which is almost $200 on its own to me with the ferret for only the price of the ferret! They also gave me everything else they had for her like the food, bedding, and toys. They were extremely friendly and helpful, helping us break the cage down and carrying everything out to the car with us. I can't believe the amazing deal they gave us and were in love with our new ferret! Prices are also great here!
I have always liked Pet Supplies Plus! They have a great selection and their prices are good. There return policy is great which was helpful to me a couple times when I had to exchange some dog food because I have picky eaters! No questions asked! And the staff is wonderful!
