Had good time, Food was good ud83dudc4d
Worst experience I’ve had in the years I have come to this restaurant. My family of 7 were waiting for an hour to be seated when we were told 20 minutes. I understand a delay but that much of a delay? When we did finally get seated, it took our server 15 minutes just to take our order for our drinks and another for our food. We then had to wait an hour to get our food and when we asked to see a manager, we explained we were unhappy with how the service has been and that we had been waiting for an hour. He just repeated “I am sorry to hear that” as we were talking. He then said he would check on it and disappeared for 10 minutes and came out with ANOTHER table’s food that had the same amount of people and looked the other way as he sped walked past us. This entire time this occurred our waitress had disappeared multiple times while other waitresses were bringing food out to others that I had shown up either at the same time as us or after us. She only refilled our drinks ONCE in the 2 hours that we were here. After all of this, our wings were dry as if they had been under a heat lamp for a while. She even forgot what we had and had forgotten everyone’s fries.
Great wings and fast service
The food was great and the wait wasn't terrible. Our waitress however wasn't the best. She never checked on us and only asked my husband once if he needed a refill but didn't ask any of the other 4 of us if we did. And the worst part is, she gave herself a $20 tip on my debit card that I didn't authorize. If we ever visit this store again I will pay with cash.
Never got a refill cause out waiter was more worried about singing happy birthday to someone. And then we waited atleast 20min for him to come back around an bring our check and cash us out. He wasn't that busy either
