I have a family member who went there. She did not receive her medicine and clothes until days after she arrived, and they have done the same to other patients as well. The staff is absolutely rude towards people calling to check on their loved ones and even the patients that are in the facility. They are unprofessional, they don’t care about the well being of their patients, they don’t know what they’re doing and expect the patients to know how the staff can help them. The staff members are supposed to be TRAINED and KNOW WHAT TO DO! This behavior is completely inexcusable. Not only that, but the Doctor there also doesn’t know what he’s doing. Multiple patients, including my family member, have stated that he is very vague with his responses, doesn’t actually listen to the patients, asks them how he can help when he’s supposed to already know how, and only cares about his license being taken away. They also don’t clean their floors properly and there was hair all over the bed my family member had to sleep when in when she arrived. This facility needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!! I have never seen a facility that is as awful as this one. They DO NOT care about helping the people there. It seems like they’re only bringing in patients to prove to the state that they’re “helping” people so they can receive money from the state. Hopefully, someone takes actions against them sooner rather than later.

My husband has dementia and went there for a psych evaluation. For two days I and other family members tried to contact him. The phone at the nurses station would ring and ring or they would answer put you on hold and hang up on you. When I asked for a supervisor to complain it was the same thing. I think that's sad when family can't comfort a Loved one who is alone and confused. We have called so many times in insane

Hi my name is Ms. Boyd and a week ago i took my daughter there to get admitted and i was suppose to be seen by a accessor she didn't wait on she went and got a lady from the back she treated us terrible. The lady that's suppose to had access us name was Jackie Richardson she has a nasty attitude an issue that happen years ago from a previous job she had she asked some guys where she use to work for money to return favors she would offer her body so it happen she asked my husband and things got out of hand i didn't l how she worked at Alliance she didn't want to wait on us i never had a problem getting waited on at Alliance for whatever reason Ma Richardson refuse to do the paperwork and instead laughed on the phone like it was funny so i called the next day and still got chewed out by a supervisor that morning saying i needed a power of attorney over my older daughter which i never had to go through this before ever whatever ms Richardson said to the lady the night before things went left i refuse to bring her there if she is at work this is awful it really upset me.

This place is not what they want you to believe it is. They seem very caring and interested in you and your problem. Once your signed in and get to your floor everything changes. The nursing staff are rude and let you know real quick your not their problem. The rooms are filthy, the food is disgusting. You are stuck on this floor with some pretty savory characters, and you do not feel safe. All looks good from the outside. Totally different on the inside.
