I have used these folks for a while now. My Husband has to be transferred by Ambulance to ER and back when he gets sick. A couple of weeks ago I was talked into using another provider in the area and will never never use that one again. They actually injured my husband from an issue that we just left the ER from being treated. They never once stopped to check on him not even to say they were sorry. They just got their little bed and walked out the door. When I came out of his bedroom, they had changed their bed and put new sheets on for the next patient. When I looked they had thrown the dirty sheets in the middle of guess what? Yep, my dining room table. A pile of Blue sheets were lying in the middle of table. I threw them in trash and sanitized my table.nnAAA has never been anything but professional and Courteous to me and my family! I would never recommend anyone else. You probably just got a bad apple. If you see them taking pictures you should tell them to delete it or you will report them. That's considered invasion of privacy. They should be cautioned by the supervisor in that area.
