This is a review of the one on Battlefield road. I doubt that I will go to this location again. I waited 30 minutes for my online order to be made. And I had already waited the time the app told me to. I also watched 3 parties walk out because they had been waiting in line for quite a while. I will go back to the one in Sunshine every time from now on. They know how to take care of their customers!
The best bowl I have ever had at QDOBA! Guy working there with the red hair is a super hard worker. It was busy and he did a great job getting orders done!!
We come to this qdoba over the others. Very clean, they load up the burritos and bowls! People are friendly and efficient! Only 4 stars because no napkins, and forgot nachos. But yummy food.
I’ve been into the qdoba on Battlefield, in Springfield, multiple times lately. Not only is the food always great, but the customer service at that particular location is above par. The young men behind the counter there have been so sweet and courteous. It’s really a joy to encounter in this day and age. As a mother of four, that makes my heart happy.
Went to this location several times in the past and never had any problems. This time however, they were out of several things and the food bar was disgusting. I do have to say the employee was courteous but we walked out and went somewhere else. So sad that it's went downhill... Used to love qdoba
