Off the mark last night! Drinks were not only late, but wrong! Food so so. We were there last week, and it was amazing! That’s why we were back so soon. I don’t know why I’m bothering with this since I notice management never responds. January 31th, 2020. OK, I moved this to one star. We were there yesterday afternoon. To start; the first hostess was good, second one acted like she didn't want to be there. Took us to our table, threw the menus on the table, and left. We spent $66 for the wife and I. We could have gone to The Roadhouse for at least $15 less, and had a much better experience! Slow service, my steak was way overcooked. I ordered medium, and it was well done to say the least. Very disappointed yesterday. The management needs to change. We've eaten there for years, but no more. I've reviewed this place several times, some good, some not to good. Not one time has management responded. Not once! You know what this means to me? They simply don't care! Goodbye Outback, hello Texas Roadhouse!

The food was okay. My wife's steak had to be sent back as it was undercooked. They were gracious and kind to fix it promptly. After that it didn't quite taste as good as it should have. My chicken fingers were kind of small and in short supply, same as the fries. I do again have to commend them for the service and attitude, that is why I gave them 3 stars and not less.

Natalie is a great host. She remembered us from the last time we were in. Put us with our Preferred Waitress witch is Jana. Jana is the best her attention to detail is phenomenal she gets things done quickly,efficiently and accurately. Not to mention she is always super friendly and nice. All around a good place to have a nice meal. Keep up the good work Jana and Natalie!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend & I had a wonderful experience! Food was perfect. Maria was our server and she was AWESOME. Seriously one of the kindest & most accommodating servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. She was an absolute gem. DEFINITELY coming back!

The waitress was very nice and efficient. The food was sub par and very small portions for very expensive prices. The wait for the entrees was very long considering they were not busy at all. Over all we probably won't be visiting again. There is better food for better prices elsewhere, also, the menu is extremely small for such an established restuarant. The waitress was very kind to our daughter who's birthday we were celebrating.
