Everything we ordered, was excellent, but maybe the shrimp was the best. The prices aren’t low, but given the quality this is definitely value for money. Great service too. (Thanks Victoria.)

The food was okay. The atmosphere and overall culture of the staff is what ruined our New Year’s dinner. From the moment we sat down last night, there was another table full of very loud and obnoxious drunk people right next to us. They were making loud noises, swearing, and making fun of people. There was a child in another part of the restaurant that would make noises from time to time as children do. Every time the child made a noise, the table full of obnoxious drunks would mimic the noise except much louder. When someone from management came over I thought things would get better; however, they did not. The staff member said to the table while laughing, “are you making fun of the kid because I don’t blame you.” On top this, they kept giving them more alcohol. I believe there were three other tables that got up and left because of this crew.nnIf this is the culture and atmosphere that Ace’s Run “Restaurant” & Pub promotes, then I will no longer be a part of it. Do not recommend if you are trying to enjoy a nice, peaceful dinner with friends. If you want to go somewhere with the guys and “tear up the town” then this is one stop you shouldn’t miss!

We called in for pick up, the fellow on the phone made absolute sure he had our order correct, and was very kind. I drove over to pick it up, everyone was super friendly and efficient. The inside of the restaurant itself was lovely, lots of stone and looked to have a great view. I got our food home and everyone really enjoyed their meals. I recommend the tater tots - I think they travel better than the fries for to-go orders. I would definitely go back!

Something for everyone here -- bar area with wide selection of beverages, outdoor patio area with lake view, indoor dining with tasteful decor and comfortable seating. Food was delicious, particularly corn chowder. Generous portions. Reasonable prices. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. Plenty of free parking. Tricky entrance to find and negotiate.
