FANTASTIC GROUP OF PROFESSIONALSnI am not the easiest to please but this staff of health professionals from the Intake front desk to Dr. Klepper were so good, I felt like calling everyone I know to tell them about my wonderful experience I had!!nnI litterly asked all the questions I wanted to without feeling I was... you know one of the talkative patients that’s slows down everyone’s day.nnThey treated me like I was the most important person there. My mother shattered ankle we have a wonderful doctor I couldn’t ask for someone better Dr.Valjee is amazing his staff both Charlotte and Jessica are amazing also. My only issue is the most unbelievably rude treatment I have ever dealt with in the process of 2 surgeries a hospital stay and now becoming my mothers care giver 24/7 is that the receptionist at the Glen Burnie office was rude to a level I have never seen in customer care in my life. I have been nursing for over 20 years and if I ever had a coworker act like she did today I would have been embarrassed to say I work anywhere she does. My mother is on severe pain meds she does not handle meds well there is a sign that says if you need help you are allowed one care giver with you I have been with her to every appointment until today when Elena(she out right refused to give me her last name when I asked) refused to let me stay with my mother. I hold my mothers power of attorney, I am doing all her finances and everything for both her home and mine at this point bc of this injury. Today was a emergency appointment bc she was having severe burning at her stitches site due to her injury she’s still not hard casted and won’t be able to walk for over a year. I will be placing a formal complaint about her she was rude, very unprofessional, and down right aggressive with her attitude. I hope they let her go as I use them for all my orthopedic needs but after this treatment I will be looking else where...they did move my mother to the Hanover location bc I made sure to voice my thoughts to the main receptionist for her doctor. Thank goodness! So beware of the evil receptionist if you are taking a older loved one here!!!

I am beyond frustrated with the department that deals with disability papers, because Miss Melody failed to mail me the papers that i need to submit for my disability insurance, is been 1 month since my surgery. I was in office 5 days ago and let her know my return to work date that she was supposed to change for me, i was there, it was a 5 min job, and nobody in the office, she said i will email you later in that day the forms. Never happened. And i also said to her is very important to me to receive them asap because my insurance needs them! 5 days later now and phone calls and messeges left have no word from them! This is getting me behind with my bills for this month that i could not work! I find this very upsetting! The filing of the forms was not free. Very unprofessional and bad patience service!

I had a great first time experience with the Glen Burnie office today! From the first telephone call, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy!nnTelephone Staff- The person that scheduled my appointment was VERY helpful and Knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to assist me with all the questions I had based on insurance coverage and appointment availibility.nnThe front line staff- When i arrived at the office on crutches, the staff was very helpful and thoughtful. They offered me a wheelchair right away, wheeled me to each station without any bumps! The patients were all distanced properly and wearing masks.nnThe doctor- The doctor that I saw was VERY knowledgeable and answered all of my questions!nnThe therapist- The therapist that I saw after my doctor, Charolette was GREAT! She was very helpful and answered every question that I asked. She was very helpful and handled my injury with care!nnI am not sure why there are so many bad reviews but, I had an amazing experience!
