Usually love this place. Last few times service had been very slow and the food has not been as good as usual. The very disappointing and surprising issue has been the management in the evening. When talking with the lady manager she was very combative and obnoxious wanting to instate an argument. Use to love this place..... Update tried to go there again. Waited 30 minutes for a seat, no problem. Got seated sat there for another 20 minutes while tables after us got service. I can't knock the food but the service is not as prompt, or courteous as other places in the area. Now everybody has crab cakes and good steaks, I'm not sure why I keep trying to go to this place. It's proven Time after Time the service doesn't care about the customer.

Always great, especially the crab cakes, which get an A+ from me. But the iced tea is dreadful.

So this is the second time or maybe third time we have been here we like it everything is good but 2 out of the 3 times we have been there my husband has ordered a prime rib .... both times he received a rib eye. It was two different servers. I am not one to complain and honestly I’m content with a rib eye so whatever but I keep wondering if they even have a prime rib and if they do I hope it’s soooo good that it’s a top secret menu item. Either way my service was good just been craving a prime rib is all. But food and service has been good.

Drove there from DC. The food was worth every mile. The crab cakes was pure lump crab meat and bigger than most. I had the seafood platter and it was so good that I'm having withdrawal symptoms! Even the fries were perfectly seasoned. The only complaint is that the cole slaw was good but in a condiment container. I can't believe they charged it as a vegetable side. I guess you can't have everything. I'm going back real soon.

My son & I went for lunch on Sat. It wasn't busy at the time. We ordered 2 appetizers, crab pretzel & crab dip. Our waiter was terrible!! He didn't bring us any plates, napkins nor silverware. After 20 minutes he finally came by & we asked him if we could please have plates etc... He didn't check on us for refills either. We had to stop him so we could finally place our order. My son ordered the Chicken Chesapeake crab imperial which was delicious. I ordered the stuffed shrimped crab imperial. I was disappointed because the three shrimp was small for the price you pay. Overall service was terrible, food portion skimpy considering the pricing and the food tasted delicious.
