Got a good deal, on a pair of boots for my grandson
Incompetent employees. Deny coupons for no logical and valid reasons. Run down store. It seems they always have a big stick stuck up where the sun don’t shine . I’m glad they are shutting down for a year . Hopefully they won’t reopen after unless they hire new employees and change the pathetic management.
Best DSW I've been to! Friendly staff members and the manager is the bomb!! She works hard to get what you are looking for and is extremely nice
These people really need to lighten up. Except for the nice girl in the glasses, if you smile at them, they give you an angry face in return. I found shoes just fine, but the staff members like the guy at the register and the brunette manager girl who is a bit tall, not that tall need to be more friendly around people. Could be just a community thing. One more thing about the shoes, I noticed a few of them look like they were broken in by previous buyers and then returned. If that happens, they should over some sort of a discount of the shoes because it's not fair to pay full price for a shoe that is not brand new out of the box.
