Horrible customer service at the bookstore by the manager. I was told to go online to order my books. I’m a online physiology student. Since I have started attending Southern A&M my experience coming in contact with different departments have been horrible. Online student get treated very bad and disrespected over the phone.
Just wish it was brighter in the store. You don't get a warm feel while shopping. Overall I was able to find what was needed.
Traditional college supplies and gear; few exotic choices.
