Very poor service in amite store..evertime I been there they was rude,,and I wait 30 min before they ask if they can help me when I was only customer..and I have family and friends that say same,,
I’d give this rating a 0 but it want let me do that. Went there for help and was given every excuse under the sun on why he couldn’t help me.
The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Not only were the knowledgeable about the products, the three staff members spent a lot of time helping me get my new phone set up with emails, messages, and contacts crosses over from Android to Apple. Despite having my 6 yr old son with me, I didn't feel rushed out the door. I'm not particularly tech savvy, so I was very thankful for the help I received.
Was going to purchase an iPhone 11 or iPhone XR willing to spend at least a grand there. But after sitting and waiting for 15 minutes, along with other people I finally left and went to Cricket I don't think it was the Associates fault, one person can only do what they can! You think it'd have more people working during income tax season!
